On average, women are making 80 cents in comparison to the dollar white non-Hispanic men are making. For black women its 61 cents. More than 1 in 3 Americans are not aware of the pay gap impacting black women.
We set out on a journey to interview black women leaders who reached the TOP of their industries to discuss the pay gap.These leaders disclose some of the challenges they had to overcome to get to where they are now, how companies can perform better, and ways to reach back so more black women can thrive.
